We recently shifted from Rackspace to Mosso to be able to meet up the growing numbers of visits. Mosso uses a clustered technology also referred to as “CloudFS” that enables to scale almost endlessly.

There are other polling/quiz applications but none of the ones that I know of, are geared into the social aspect of the web the way Tezaa is.
